In 2013, Alan decided to get into real estate, he ended up going his first 6 months without a single sale.
As he started to gain momentum, by year 3 he was doing 70+ deals as a single agent.
Although production was good, he knew there had to be a better way...
He decided to start a team and hired a coach that led him to 15 agents and was able to step away from so much production.
As time went on, he realized in order to have a sellable asset he had to start a brokerage..
Not only to create a sellable asset but to completely step away from production..
He then decided to open the doors of Best Homes Real Estate in January 2020.
This led to him hiring Tristan as director of marketing who helped with the agent offer, recruiting systems and brand development at the brokerage.
Today, they’re incredibly passionate about growing the brokerage and helping other broker owners in the process...
